You'll reach the B&B after driving about 1 hour from Cairns or Port Douglas, just 10 minutes north of Mareeba, on the road leading to the Mareeba Wetlands.

After enjoying the busy tourist towns on the coast, you'll be able to relax on our farm and experience the Australian bush with its plentyful bird- and wildlife.

If you feel like a lazy stay, you'll still see numerous birds, wallabies, possums, bettongs and quolls in their habitat around the homestead.

For the more energetic ones there are 600 acres of bush to explore, with walkingtracks, seasonal creeks and a large dam.

The attractions of the Mareeba area are close by, for example the Mareeba Wetlands, several coffee plantations, tropical fruit farms and wineries, waterfalls and national parks.

The Atherton Tablelands with their lakes and rainforests are reached in ca 40 minutes.
