We are just 5 mins drive out of Busselton, and a short stroll to the beach. Our colourful gardens make for an ideal place to relax or have an evening BBQ. In winter we have wood fire which makes your stay cosy and warm. We can help with planning for sight seeing or bookings for the Underwater Observatory,Jetty Train, diving, golf etc. We can organise a wine tour with lunch included in the price. Busselton has been awarded Western Australia Top Tourist Town and has beautiful safe beaches stretching all around Geographe Bay from Busselton to Dunsborough to Cape Naturaliste.

We have 2 guest bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Guests have the use of a kitchenette, a guest lounge/dining room area with TV/DVD/Foxtel, and BBQ facilities in our colourful peaceful garden.
