Our Blue Mountains Accommodation comprises four serviced Guesthouse suites and a self contained or serviced Chauffeur’s cottage located in the garden.

The Guesthouse

The guesthouse is a large State Heritage listed Mediterranean style villa ~ built in 1923 set amongst 6000 sq metres of cool climate garden with spectacular views to the World Heritage Blue Mountains National park. This Blue Mountains retreat venue is perfect for special family events, reunions and celebrations, and as an intimate conference venue.

The house has been decorated with a mixture of antique and modern fittings, to give the feel of a wealthy holiday Blue Mountains retreat between the 1920s and 1950s.

The north-facing house and cottage with 14-inch thick-stuccoed walls are warm and sunny in winter and cool and airy in summer. Many of our guests say that it reminds them of villas in Tuscany or

Cape Town.

Our Blue Mountains retreat sleeps up to eight adults in four bedrooms each with a private bathroom. Two of the bathrooms have double spa baths.

All rooms are individually decorated with hand made quilts, original art work and a mixture of antique and modern furnishings. They are centrally heated, with tea and coffee making facilities, television with movie channels and in house phones. Additional children or adults can also be accommodated in the spacious bedrooms.

The Chauffeur's Cottage

The Chauffeur’s cottage can be booked as self contained or as a bed and breakfast package.
The cottage comes ‘fully prepared’ with central heating and the bed and bathroom ready with quality linen, toiletries and tea and coffee.

If there are more than two persons, the huge open lounge has sofas that convert to single beds.
There is a small kitchen with dishwasher, a secluded deck with a barbeque facility and the large bathroom contains a double spa bath and separate shower.

The cottage is popular with couples looking for a romantic Blue Mountains retreat venue. Overseas guests will enjoy the privacy and extra space and facilities. A chance to make up sleep or do the washing!

With a bed and breakfast package, a gourmet breakfast basket is delivered each morning to the cottage, except where guests are part of a group bed and breakfast package in the Guest House. In this case, Chauffeur’s cottage guests will enjoy a full country breakfast in the Guest House
