Utunyah is currently used as a B &B and "On farm accommodation". location is 25 km south of Cleve on the Eyre Peninsula and 25 km inland from Arno Bay. One of the true unspoilt locations only recently released for the wider public to use. Locals know it well but being off the beaten track is a real gem to visit.

Family groups or couples wanting to get a way find Utunyah is indeed a retreat. Sit on the verandah of a log cabin overlooking the waterr hole as the sun sets is a very special moment.

3 different types of accommodation. The Homestead was built in 1910 and a cottage which is used as guest accommodation was joined to the homestead using jetty pylons as uprights in 1986. Two cottages were added in 1984 on the banks of the Utunyah rock hole.

Elkanah is a three bedroom log cabin and is well used, Shiloh a larger house with mud brick walls is "at lock up stage" and a bush camping site overlooking the waterhole is being developed. Currently used as a B&B and Farm stay accommodation, using the homestead and a 3 bdr log cabin overlooking the waterhole. A beautiful peaceful setting, swimming relaxing magnificent sunsets and bush walking through 300 acres of pristine scrub land where the water from the rock holes meet the Driver River.
